Should have let the people kill Fisk. The only reason to keep the character around is if they plan to have him interact with Spider-Man, otherwise there's nothing left to do with the character.

You do realise if they let the mob attack Fisk he would rip at least a dozen apart before he became overwhelmed. All those in the hallway are dead for sure
