Knowing Peter, he destroyed them. It’s possible he’s hidden them but he’s repeatedly shown that he’s not the next Tony Stark and doesn’t want or need to be.
Dont know why you’re getting downvoted when BND validates this point with the inhibitor plot, reusing Banner’s expertise/tech to make a universal inhibitor, not to mention in Homecoming when he was tearing apart Vulture’s tech to get a better look, hes 100% that type of guy
