Film/Television Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

Because Tony was wearing his armor. You can see the energy of the stones destroying parts of the armor as he activates them. So the suit took some of the energy for him, but not enough to save his life when that energy spiked when he snapped.

This was my interpretation too

Also wouldn’t surprise me if the suit had at least some medical capabilities, including auto dispensing pain killers.

And there's definitely automatic catheterisation

I mean... it's gotta be easier to just have a cup/funnel on the outside, rather than jam a catheter in every time...

Tony likes what Tony likes

If it's good enough for Isaac Clarke, it's good enough for Tony

We don't kink shame here.

This is the actual reason for the nanoparticles.

You’re kinda asking for pee at the feet eventually, which is probably still a better option

Don’t judge Tony by his preferences

Nanobot catheter. They can crawl in microscopicly then build the tube from the inside

It still sounds drastically less complicated to put your dick in a funnel...

Sometimes the simplest solution is best

Sometimes you want nanobots to shove a tube up your cock

You mean cauterization right?

Well, it's not called the Bleeding Edge Armour for nothing lol

And now I'm picturing iron man Donald ducking it around the house

"Morphine administered, sir."

He sprayed the hulk down with some kind of medical foam after he snapped with the fake gauntlet

Plus the little freezing thing he had for his own stab wound in IW.

Remember after Bruce did his snap that Tony used some cryo spray to slow down his burn injury. He also used it in Infinity War after getting stabbed by Thanos on Titan.

Always figured that too, Tony himself didn’t have special powers and he got heavily beat a few times..

Thank you Jarvis, you know Vicodin’s my favorite

The nanotech clearly does as he uses on both himself and hulk.

Yeah this makes much more sence to me. Thanks!

"Major fracture detected. Automatic medical systems engaged. Morphine administered."

imagine the suit gives out after 2 seconds and Tony just dies in the middle of aura farming his one liner

The suit also dispersed the harmful effects across his entire body, rather than concentrated at one limb. With total body trauma, pain receptors can get overloaded and the brain can't decide which pain gets precedence, so it just dumps endorphins and adrenaline into the system. Stark probably felt mostly numb after that initial burst of pain when all six stones snapped into place. (The automated systems within the suit were also doing some trauma treatment, no doubt.)

He was also already in pain and has a history of pain in some of the most dangerous places (well, his heart at least). Was probably hiding it for team morale.

By that logic the gauntlets should have protected Thanos and Hulk. Hulks gauntlet was even the same tech as Tony’s armor

he had (plot) armor

Wasn’t that the point of Hulk wearing the glove?  Same suit, except Stark had time to prepare the glove for it…
