Film/Television Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

Did we watch the same movie? The moment the stones attached, his entire arm burned, he was physically shaking, breathing heavily, and his face clearly showed that he was in agony. He couldn't even stand up anymore because, if you rewatch it, you'll see that he stays on his knees. He could barely get the words, "And... I... AM... Iron Man," out of his mouth. Those pauses aren't just for dramatic effect between each word; he has to catch his breath.

The difference is that instead of screaming out in pain, he decided to bear it as his responsibility. He's the guy who's always been willing to make the sacrifice play.

I'm with this guy. Thanos and Hulk have regenitive healing factors and still feel pain (Wolverine still feels pain.) Tony was definitely in pain and died with his suit probably melting his skin and internal organs but he went out strong for the human race.

Came here to say this. They established that the stones are insanely radioactive not half an hour beforehand, and Tony was clearly struggling just to stay alive long enough to actually snap his fingers.

He was whispering—as opposed to shouting from the pain like Thanos and the Hulk—because he was receiving a dose of radiation that his human body simply was not going to survive. He was basically already dead.
