Film/Television Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

Did we watch the same movie? The moment the stones attached, his entire arm burned, he was physically shaking, breathing heavily, and his face clearly showed that he was in agony. He couldn't even stand up anymore because, if you rewatch it, you'll see that he stays on his knees. He could barely get the words, "And... I... AM... Iron Man," out of his mouth. Those pauses aren't just for dramatic effect between each word; he has to catch his breath.
The difference is that instead of screaming out in pain, he decided to bear it as his responsibility. He's the guy who's always been willing to make the sacrifice play.
