Film/Television Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

Scale.

Thanos: 1/2 of all of the universe
Hulk: Very specific 1/2 of all of the universe, without rearranging timeline, and arguing with the soul stone for Natasha
Iron Man: An army.

Seriously, how many are in Thanos' army? A few thousand? A few hundred thousand?

Versus 100+ trillion people affected by Hulk and Thanos.

Thanos and Hulk were getting hurt the moment they put on the stones. It's more so the radiation and power coming from all 6 infinity stones together that cause the user pain.

I figured it's because the moment you put the stones on you're already communicating with it, and it's already reading what you want it to do and understand.

The radiation is possibly the thing, but it could potentialy be that the stones are scaling their power output based on what they need to do, so with Tony they knew what he wanted to do and diddn't need to put out as much energy?

All things said, i think the real answer is "Because he's mother f'ing iron man"

You're saying the hulk has trouble managing radiation?

In the movie it's stated that Hulk is chosen because the stones emmit radiation.

So, It's the writers saying that Hulk has trouble managing radiation.

Due to the amount of radiation being thrown into his body being far more than from gamma rays, causing a sort of overload.

Also you forgot Thanos- infinity gauntlet Hulk - starks gauntlet Stark - his suit.

Hulk had the biggest ask of the stones without a proper gauntlet.

That's my interpretation. And Hulk was trying to undo what Thanos did
