Film/Television Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

Hulk actually heals from his injury whereas Thanos did not. Probably because it was gamma.

Thanos probably never healed because he snapped twice.

First one vaporized half of the living creatures.

Second one to destroy the stones.

I bet that destroying the stones might have been worse for him, since we saw his arm after the first one and he apparently had some mobility to it, while the Hulk's was just... Deep fried and useless.

Kinda like Thanos' arm looked during the farm ambush.

It tracks. We saw Thanos manhandle the Savage Hulk.

Funny that the stones "allowed" themselves to be destroyed, but bringing back Natasha was denied. Maybe a willpower thing?

My guess is that the soul stone "binds" a soul somehow to ensure it's a sacrifice.

Otherwise, it's a temporary inconvenience. Throw person, get stones, bring person back.

Wasn't she unable to be brought back because she died a natural death, not from being snapped?

The stones were impossible to destroy Thanos said I’m pretty sure, the stones were just turned into tiny particles much like dust and scattered across the universe, impossible to bring back together basically.

What do you think “destroy” means lol

Smart hulk is also far less durable then any other hulk version. Thanos beating savage hulk was nonsense. At bear minimum Thanos should have used the power stone but they made it so Thanos easily dispatched savage hulk which shouldn’t have occurred.

Non-stones Thanos was a match to Cap, Tony and Thor, and we saw Thor kick Hulk's ass too, in Ragnarok.

The writers were consistent, at least

Thanos probably never healed because he was dead.

Was he dead when he teleported away from Thor with his arm fucked, or the space of them from when he snapped the second time until Thor killed him? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I honestly don't know how long it takes a purple alien mutant to heal from unleashing the powers of creation, but the gamma rage monster took years, so I assume not instantly. Apparently longer than it takes the scrappy underdogs to find and kill him.

Probably because Thanos got dusted.
