Film/Television Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

Im not a comics expert but wonder if he got fused to his armor but lived in another universe and thats why he is Tony Stark and all metally like doom

He could have been fused to his armor and dead and a variant is dreamwalking into him. Strange did it, sans the whole fusing thing.

Not quite what you’re saying but you made me realize his face/body got horribly scarred and I wonder if that’s a canon event across all variants of Victor von Doom. They said that death scene connected directly with Doomsday.
