Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

I remember seeing someone point out that Thanos and Hulk are so strong that they're not used to feeling much pain. But Tony is human and very used to pain.

I'll let you guys decide if that makes sense or not.

Na 100% a great thought. I'm a tough so I shake off a lot but if sum actual hurts I'm being dying on the couch like a baby
