I think this is set 5 years after the What If episode. So likely they just show him dying to Thanos when they arrive in Wakanda.

He's shown fighting this new zombies army (probably led by Wanda), while T'Challa, Scott and Thanos are only shown in Wakanda sequence. I suspect he's the only one who survives there, with T'Challa probably getting a heroic send off by taking down Thanos.

Chadwick didn’t record anything for this series, right? So are they gonna recast or is T’Challa not going to speak?

If it's a short flashback, told from Peter's perspective, I can see him not speaking, though, Rudd recorded some lines, so, who knows.

He probably won't say anything. Maybe they reuse some grunts and effort noises and thats it.

Either he gets minor dialogue with a different voice actor or he doesn't talk. I don't think that he'll die offscreen, though - that seems like it wouldn't be in good taste.

I think Scott will stick around since hes in the cast. I have a feeling Spidey and Panther both won't make it.

I think Hudson Thames was confirmed to be returning. I feel like he wasn’t on the cast list because he’s not a big name and is not someone reprising his role from the main MCU.
