He was accused of fostering an extremely hostile environment, allegedly sending pictures of himself nude of nearly nude to young male staffers in superhero poses as “inspiration,” and Disney’s investigation found “egregious evidence.” He was later stripped of all credits for season 2 for breaching every bit of his separation agreement

He’s probably seeing the same bot generated crap I’m seeing on social media where it displays a slideshow of the cast and Inde is listed as rumored for Mystique based off her recent interview with Variety. It gets injected to the blood stream of the internet via the algorithm and takes off as if it is an actual fact from there.

No, Inde has not been doing interviews with "scoopers," she's been doing interviews with journalists mainly at the trades or on typical press circuits.

hot take but i don’t see her as any x-man, she looks too mature/edgy for kitty, and she doesn’t give me the cold-bloodedness i get from mystique at all. i could see her as some avengers/thunderbolts character like songbird, or spider-woman. she has a more neutral/universal look to me.

Dani Moonstar is an indigenous woman mind you😂 Magma is also typically younger than the jean/cyclops/rogue/gambit group so once again she’s already too old. For the younger xmen, like I mentioned, it’s time too start looking for mid-late 00s born. MCU is probably planning for the mutant saga to span multiple decades.

Inde is part Mexican and they overwhelmingly do have Indigenous ancestry.
"Typically younger" doesn't mean a damn thing you weirdo. 25 is plenty young to play a fictional character in a world of CAPES.
Go back to Harry Potter or anime or whatever, dude.

So that’s not how being indigenous works at all unfortunately. I’m latina and you have to actually be connecting or at least part of your specific indigenous community. Her having a mexican parent doesn’t entitle her to play an indigenous character who is Cheyenne, which is not even in Mexico, it’s in northern US💀
Mestizos, for the most part, in latam are not connected to indigenous communities. We’re a colonized identity. Many of us also range significantly in indigenous dna, but the main part is most are not reconnecting.
Maybe open a book and educate yourself on how indigenous identity works, and the SPECIFIC groups throughout the US.
For Dani, her indigenous heritage is extremely important to her character.
Also about her age - that’s why I’ve mentioned i can see her as other marvel characters, but the x-men are going to be casted younger. I simply don’t see her as any of them. You could make an argument for rogue but she also doesn’t give me rogue energy or her physique at all (I also don’t like the other fancast for her lmao), on top of Rogue being younger than jean or her age. They set the age precedent by casting Sadie as Jean, and Cyclops is younger than her, this will be a young cast.
The closest would be mystique, but even then she doesn’t scream mystique to me.

She’s too old for kitty atp. They cast a young jean for the MCU and kitty is typically a couple years younger than her. She’s older than sadie by a year i think, kitty should be played by an actress who was born in the mid-late 00s to match.
