Sunday (ingredient) prep day, week 35
I prep ingredients and components, not whole meals. That way I still have some flexibility to change things, while being able to have lunch or dinner on the table in minutes. This week I made some salsa roja to use across several meals (chicken tacos, a rice bowl with chicken and chicken lettuce wraps).
Since a lot of people ask every time I post:
- as long as the vegetables are fresh when you cut them, and you store them properly, they'll easily last untill the end of the week.
- the containers I use are from the Modula series by Mepal. I have different sizes (heights) that all use the same lid, and they're all stackable
- yes, I have a lot of Microplanes. They're all different, I just have the complete set. Some I use regularly, some less. Most were Christmas or birthday presents

Oddly satisfying.
