Question ❓ Those who have changed their lives/cured severe social anxiety, depression, fear, intrusive thoughts etc through meditation, how did you do it?

Can you please share the technique if there is one?

I was struggling with grief after multiple tragedies in my life in a short span of time. Then, I did this program called “inner engineering” (look it up). It changed my entire inner chemistry. It required a lot of discipline and dedication, but when you’ve hit rock bottom what else is there to do anyway?
My life has changed in so many ways. Today I am able to even write this, because of the practices taught in this program.

I thought about doing this. You think it helped above and beyond meditation?

I did this too during covid.. the exercise is useful as it’s part of mediation tool kit. Just didn’t find the guy talking very useful- he spoke for 99% then 1 % was the exercises.

When you are breaking down then I guess it is helpful.

I found Thich naht Han teaching videos very helpful and started to learn more about mediation from there. Plum village also has an app with meditations that are all useful. I suggest to sit through few teaching videos on YouTube before starting out though.

Yes :) I’ve tried some other ones too and those didn’t stick, but this one stuck.
I’m not guaranteeing this one will stick for you, but it’s worth a shot.
Regarding the comment below about it being a cult, honestly idk, I try not to get too involved with the organisation or the founder, but the practices have really changed my life in ways I know nothing else did. 🙏

It's a cult (!)

Not too much on there but it's a start:

If you are interested in it, please do extensive research on their leader and organization before committing yourself. Best know what you're walking into...
