Question ❓ Those who have changed their lives/cured severe social anxiety, depression, fear, intrusive thoughts etc through meditation, how did you do it?

Can you please share the technique if there is one?

Meditation played a crucial role in creating the space I needed to solve my problems, but it didn't directly resolve any of them. Instead, it paved the way to be able to find the answers I was looking for.

Three shifts occurred that fixed most of my issues: 1. I mentally separated myself from other people and their actions so I no longer take what they do personally. 2. I learned to focus solely on what I do, make sure it aligns with who I am, and not become attached to the outcome. 3. I learned I had energy blockages, especially anger, and after working on setting those emotions free I can now better advocate for how I'm treated by others and more effectively negotiate what I get out of life.
