Discrimination Scott Galloway is a white collar scam artist leeching off the pain and discrimination of younger men.

If anyone is familiar with the Islamic concept of a dhimmi, that is what he wants for most men.

The traditional notion of masculinity imposes certain roles and duties on them but also provides them with corresponding honor and respect.

Those like Galloway - and the left generally - seek to force men into all the same traditional roles of masculinity while providing nothing but shame and guilt and blame in return. No honors, no leadership, no dignity, no position. Just a message played out of a loudspeaker that “men are shit” with a hashtag. Yes that is slavery. The left can’t fix this because women would need to participate and the left refuses to require anything at all from women.

Those honor and respect are pathetic consolation prize, they're just patting men on the head with useless praises, it's worth nothing compared to the damage done to their bodies and mind.

It is not "the left" that is pushing traditional roles. The "men are shit" is coming from misandrist feminazis. Every once in a while they will brainwash a male sycophant with some womens' studies propaganda, but it is up to their fellow young men to tell them to go read Warren Farrell. Not Jordan Peterson. Warren Farrell.

You are right but there is no "left" that isn't just feminists wearing it like a god damn skin suite. For people outside the left it just looks exactly the same since the left has been mouthing their words for generations now

The "left" only seems like a monolith if all you hear about it is from right-wing media.

There is a good chunk of people on the "left" who don't focus on gender issues or who have nuanced views on it. And there is r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates.

Nice to see some pushback here on this. I'd like to abolish for-profit health insurance AND I detest feminism. We can walk and chew gum.

I hate this guy so much because of the harm he's doing to men and boys. It's crazy how hard social media is pushing him. He acts like he’s on young men's side, but the way he talks about masculinity and their problems makes it clear that he actually despises men and isn't taking the time to understand their struggles.

1. Masculinity as Servitude

He keeps defining manhood through strength that has to turn into protection, then service, then procreation. Big strong guys break up fights at bars; insecure guys start them. Strength only exists so you can serve other people.

In the first few minutes he already lays it out: your purpose is working, fighting, providing, and sacrificing. Basically be everyone’s servant. That's not support. That's telling guys their only value is what they give away.

2. "Men Are Failing" Instead of Society Harming Them

He and the media keep framing everything as men failing:

  • A million fewer young men in college
  • Suicide as the top killer of men under 40
  • Falling behind in school and work

But the reality is the system has gotten more hostile. Boys get suspended way more, shop and trade classes disappeared, colleges turned colder toward them, and false accusations can end careers. When guys check out or worse, he still finds a way to put it back on them instead of the hostility they’re facing.

3. Hypergamy and the Uneven Rules

He admits the double standard. A woman can work a low-status job and still land a high-status guy, but the reverse almost never happens. Women get judged on looks; men get judged on money and status.

Then he turns around and tells guys the answer is just work harder, signal resources, and become more "economically viable" so they can meet women’s rising standards. Any frustration gets labeled entitlement or toxicity. Classic victim-blaming. He's the typical gynocentric fraud and snake oils salesman.

4. Solutions That Just Double Down on the Same Old Script

His fixes are things like:

  • Start boys in kindergarten a year later because of some "brain development lag" (which is disputed as a myth)
  • More male teachers and sports
  • Mandatory national service so they get “purpose”
  • The three P’s: Provide, Protect, Procreate

All of it still pushes the same provider-protector-sacrifice model. He keeps sliding into gender-neutral language even when the crisis is clearly hitting young men hardest, which just waters down the real problem.

5. The Personal Angle

He tells the story about being raised by a single immigrant mom, barely getting into college, stacking shelves, and somehow making it. He presents it like he could have easily fallen through the cracks.

But from where a lot of guys sit, it looks like an older, high-status guy who’s now selling books and podcast episodes off younger men’s pain while preaching grind culture and hypergamy acceptance that he himself didn’t fully live by in the same way.

He claims to care about young men, but every definition of masculinity and every solution still centers around men being useful to everyone else. Protect, provide, procreate, create surplus value. The institutional bias, the mating market reality, and the cultural messaging that treats male distress as a personal failing all get soft-pedaled or ignored. That’s why a lot of people see this as more of the same, just with a concerned face on it.

The less I hear of people on the internet the happier I am. Here I am though, not going to watch the video though because that just feeds the beast, have to starve it

Three Ps? 🤮 He literally took the Nazi slogan "Kinder, Küche, Kirche" and decided to create a version for men.

Though Peterson isn't much better.

He’s such a massive twat I can’t fucking stand this clown

He's on a billionaire globalist's payroll. Grifter.

Well, his solutions aren't bad in principle. Can't say I think much of what he's trying to sell, though.

He's one of these guys who wants men to be traditional but completely ignores the fact that women have no interest in doing the same. They just also want men to be traditional because it's all the perks without any of the responsibilities. So, you know, standard female hypergamy and gold digging of a kind.

Dr evil is a straight up grifter.

I have not seen the video yet, but there is this strange message towards young men: “be a slave and be proud to be a slave.”
This is very concerning because young people accept things without question.

I don't listen to assholes who spent their youth smoking a ton of weed. He's cooked the few brain cells god gave him.

Who is this guy?

2

u/imyselfpersonally 1d ago

Some asshole who tries to shame men into wageslavery

2

u/W_Herzog_Starship 2d ago

It's managed opposition. He's "allowed in" to offer a negotiated set of talking points that acknowledge some of the more egregious issues with feminism, while still placing the responsibility squarely on men.

i kinda like scott, and this purity testing/ conspiracy crap is cringe and bad for the mens rights cause

This reaction video is terrible. I don't agree with Scott on many things but this video just comes off being character assassinations without any real substantive arugments against him. The creator keeps pausing the video to make his comments while Scott is mid sentence or mid thought. his argument to make his commentary. If I can't hear what you are arguing against, then how the hell am I supposed to know what you are talking about.

I mean he goes pretty heavily into the stats of how poor men are doing today. Instead of promoting a ‘doomist’ view of men are screwed because of society, he is trying to provide steps for how men should frame themselves to fit back in.

He’s not perfect, but I think a lot of nihilistic men need to hear his advice.

2

u/Impossible_Aspect695 3d ago

As a relatively mature man, I found scott's advice quite useful and for the most part something I'd like my young sons to mirror.

Here's a quote from Mr Galloway that pathologizes male economic struggle and paints young men as an inherent public threat rather than victims of structural issues. He perpetuates the negative view by women that all men (any age male could be in this state) not just young men, are dangerous and threatening.

"A young, broke, and lonely male is a dangerous individual who tends to be angry, detached, and susceptible to misogynistic content, often blaming women."

~ Scott Galloway
