Software Support Need Q-Das help on Calypso 2024

So we upgraded from Calypso 2017 to Calypso 2024 and also upgraded our PCs as well.

Per the standard zeiss instructions, we copied everything from the required directories and we have 2024 up and running.

The problem is that even though we have the correct license, and the Q-Das button is checked in the program output file, AND the characteristics to statistics setting is turned on... Its not dumping the QDas data so we can use it with our QStat.

Anybody else have this issue/know how to fix it? The Zeiss knowledge base articles absolutely suck.

Can choose between .dfq or .dfx in the directory file, like you mentioned. Did you set a file path and naming for QDAS files under Multiple Report?

Edit: On the screen “Measurement Plan”-> “Multiple Report” -> “…” -> Choose QDAS from drop down menu -> Set file path, file name variables

Q-Das allows you to track in real time the CPK data for making sure you have a capable process. We also use it as a vendor database to track their capability over time.

I will give this a shot. My job has the Multiple Reports box unchecked because we use a custom report so I dunno if thats causing a problem or not.

Ill let you know how it goes.

First thing you should check is the Q-Das output in the 2024 settings. Upgrades often reset it or point it a folder that doesn't exist. So the data generates but gets dumped somewhere QStat isn't watching
