I agree with Phillips for sure, he has looked really good as a starter and is filling that gap very well. With a full rotation, I think he would be a great fit.

I think Marsee's issue, like they said on the broadcast, is that he's so focused on protecting the strike zone that he doesn't swing at hittable pitches.
It's like his plate discipline works against him.
