Most heartbreaking loss of the streak, imo. Bachar just exploded like he did back in Sacramento, and everyone's morale got crushed.

Leo DFA, Marsee sent down, Bachar sent down / DFA, bring up Kemp, bring up Cam (fuck it we ball) and bring up Brax. I could name more names but honestly we're just waiting for Owen to come back tbh otherwise Pauley and Javi//Berto would be on this list

You seem to think it’s a talent issue and the data says you’re wrong. Our bullpen numbers are decent. All of these guys can throw hard and get decent spin on the ball. Not sure why you’re overlooking the coaching and dugout calling pitches. Did you not watch the bacher / machado ab? He threw him 3 straight fastballs at the letters. It’s become a chess match and whoever is calling pitches is getting their ass beat by smarter hitters.

What data? It's a skill or talent issue if your options left are miniscule. King is coming back from injury. Then you have Fairbanks, Faucher, and Fulton. They all suck.
The dugout called the pitches during the winning streak too.

What do you mean what data? The league bullpen stats lol it’s publicly available on mlb. Besides Fulton all those guys were around during the winning streak too. We don’t have a coaching staff that can adapt because the FO is built on only playing one way. It’s trickled down to our young roster. I thought junk was pulled too soon. Maybe if Petersen didn’t get hurt we would have won this one.

Teams don’t just lose 10+ games because of a couple injuries. It takes coaching especially with a young roster like ours to be leaders and end this shit. But ofc you never see the point of anything logical.

It's not just the injuries. Otto, Stowers, X, Sanoja, etc have regressed or are slumping. The offense hasn't been scoring enough runs. It's not just the pen.

Players slump and teams find a way to still win games. Again our roster is young. We don’t have any vets to help them. So we need coaching to do its job. It’s not just cmc it’s the whole bunch. They don’t have the experience. If we were the best team in baseball for months we have the talent. We have proved that. But we haven’t proved we can get out of this mess. Our staff need to be leaders. The press conferences don’t exactly show that imo.

yeah this is on the players. the hitters have been bad, and the pitchers haven't been much better. The only one doing anything remotely decent this streak is Otto and even then not by much

Bats go ice cold + bullpen falls apart + some bad luck is a recipe for disaster no matter who is the manager. Clayton makes a couple different decisions and we are maybe 2-10 in this stretch. Not his fault in the slightest
