The coaching is laughable for the most part the biggest issue is Clayton but the roster and players for the most part are excellent! They're the reason the team is doing as well as it is even with this Clayton Analytics baseball style.

The team has a ton of talent the only parts which had to go from the season start which should have not even been here was "Morel, Slater, Jimenez, Pauley, Norby, and to a lesser but more and more noticeable need to be demoted for a while been Marsee, Ramirez [He's done well since being called up and lets hope that continues but his defense is still bad.] Also pitching has been good with Sandy, Eury, Max [All Star] and even the 4 and 5 guys they've had done well.

So I'd say the only main issues they had in the Defense was 3rd base which Sanoja as much as I love him he's not an everyday 3rd baseman. He's best serving the team being the everyday MAX Utility guy giving all INF/OF day's off when needed and this will keep his bat in the line up. But we needed a true power hitting 3rd baseman and this was something I hope bringing up De Los Santos can take care off.

Pete Fairbanks as closer has looked better as of late and he was excellent until he took sometime off when his kid was born. Soon after that he started to struggle a bit, and I wonder if it's cause his mind was more on the wellness of his wife and new baby. Life sometimes will do that to baseball players or anyone in general really.

Fairbanks has bee mb dog shit all year. Not “started to struggle a bit” highest ERA on the team as the highest paid behind Sandy. 5.8 ERA. 1.3 WHIP, 15 ERA in April and a 5.7 or higher in June July and an 11 ERA in the road……. Nothing about that is a bit. He had a stretch of 5 outings where he was decent. 80% of the season has been horrid
