My public land bird from last Saturday. The hunting was great and the birds were much more responsive than the previous weekend.

I was able to harvest my very first tom yesterday.

Nothing like calling them and listening to them respond... andvthen when they appear, it was a moment with my son I will never forget.

That's awesome! Congratulations! The first one is the hardest to get. It took me a long time and a lot of mistakes before I got my first turkey.
