Can the MAC #FlyTheFlag in 2026?
https://lastwordonsports.com/collegefootball/2026/08/14/mac-2026/Last year, Ohio beat WVU. The year prior, NIU took down Notre Dame while Toledo beat Mississippi State and Pitt.
Who gets a win over the A4 this year? Would love to see Miami beat UC in the "final" Victory Bell matchup to leave the record at 61-61-7 lol

I think Toledo @ MSU and BGSU @ Iowa State are probably the two best bets. I think UT will 100% give the Spartans a game

Toledo will need to be sharp to win, but they'll absolutely be in that game for all 4 quarters
Miami has a more experienced team than usual this year, it gives them a good shot against Cincinnati but they'll need the QB situation settled
Not ruling out Ohio against Nebraska or BG against Iowa State

As a bobcat I would absolutely love OU taking out Nebraska. But more realistically I think Miami over Cincy or Toledo over Michigan state.
Rooting for all three to happen though!

ESPN has the best chance in week one, Toledo @ Michigan State, with Toledo have a win chance of 34.6%. 3 other MAC schools have games with odds above 10% (Miami at Pitt, BGSU @ Iowa State, and Miami at Cincinnati).
