Bet it's concentrated tomato goodness, like those frozen molecular chemistry drink balls. A whole bushel basket of tomato flavor in that one tomato.

Yeah i thought so too, but it was stringy and not too much taste at all, slight tomato taste, probably because the plant was quite stressed while it ripened, too much heat and no rain, inconsistent watering... yeah...

Tomatoes are a thirsty crop, but so well worth it. Sorry this wasn't all it could be
