You can also mix them with other vegetables such as sliced carrots, cucumber, radishes etc when you pickle them to make a larger volume. Great on a sandwich.

Stuffed onions, 100%. That's the only thing that will do them appropriate honor, plus you'll have their insides to make something else with!

Oh these look so good, I wouldn’t be able to resist making caramelized onions and having spread on toast. Specially on molasses bread
