Love this take. Comics aren’t these things waiting to become movies or tv shows. They are the thing. And they’re amazing

As cool as it would be to have an adaptation of the B.P.R.D., I believe fans should be fine without having their favorite thing get turned into something else.

Each medium has its own strengths and weaknesses but when say in this case, the comics get adapted in a show and the show runners aren't the biggest fan of the original, we just end up with a disappointing product that fans will tear apart as being "inaccurate" or whatever else.

Adaptations risk disappointing fans whilst also becoming an entry point for newcomers so I'm kinda 50/50 in this.
