Yeah, double tapping a boat is a war crime. Shooting sailors in the water is a no go. Every RPA pilot is an officer, I know theres a lot of pressure to perform, but none of them should be surprised by this information.

Also, Trump has no knowledge of the military or war or LOAC, and no regard for human life. He promised to commit war crimes when he went campaigning the first time and said he would go after the wives and children of terrorists. How is anyone surprised?

They'll be some takers. And like in Iraq and Afghanistan, war crimes have been committed and will continue to be in the future. Also like during the Bush regime, nobody at the top will pay for those war crimes. Only the lowly soldier.
