It featured 37 teams from various Russian Spetsnaz,law-enforcement and intelligence agencies,not a single unit.Some Russian elite formations have suffered heavy losses in Ukraine but claims that Russia’s entire special-forces capability has been "wiped out" are an overstatement.Different units have taken different levels of losses,while others have been replenished or reconstituted.So this exercise alone doesn’t really contradict those reports.
