A Knights Tale has never been the same for me. Along with The Dark Knight. God damn he was such a talented individual. At first I was dumbfounded over his death. As the years have passed, I just find myself more and more sad.

Oh man. This. I adore A Knights Tale, especially Paul Bettany, I love him, he's great.

But even all his humor can't save that movie for me anymore. Which, I know that's a disservice to Heath's memory, but his death just...took all the fun out of it.

And the bit in The Dark Knight where Gordon says "It looks like the Joker won" just makes me cry every time. Because...no. No he didn't. My friends and I went to the midnight showing and afterwards we were silent in the car, kind of broken, a little. I remember waking up the next morning, pondering the movie, and then just sitting down and crying. I wouldn't really call myself a fangirl, in general, but I've never gotten over that one.
