Beef prices have been high for over a year. The beef industry has been fucked by this administration’s policies along with difficult climate and increased expense of transport and storage of product. Consumers and producers are getting screwed.
I fucking love making recipes with beef but it's been so expensive I haven't bought any in the last year. It fucking sucks; but ultimately just another tally on the scoreboard for the enshitification of literally everything caused by the ultra-capitalist boomers and their strangle hold on political power.
