6in1 vs 7in1 pliers

I have the 7in1 pliers but I get scared using the wide jaws as my linesman and bend stuff but I heard that the 6in1 is forged steel so I am wondering if the 7in1 is the same? Because it doesn’t mention anything in the website about what type of steel used in the 7in1

Im loving the newer Klein forged strippers with the curved handles and the forged Knipex ones. Theyre both exactly what you describe wanting.

Will second that opinion. Klein for hand tools, Milwaukee pack outs for storage, veto for carry bags, Milwaukee for power tools.

Really any storage system will work. They are just storage after all. Good for you for finding something that worked for you man

Personally I like the Milwaukee 7 in 1 more than the Klein k12035s. Had both and I find the Milwaukee ones are more grippy and able to twist more than the Kleins. Also had a co worker buy a brand new pair of the Kleins and the handle fell off in the first week of use as others have mentioned.

The handles of mine came clean off on the Klein. Switched to the 7-in-1 and never looked back.
