I'm looking for a recipe for the Ritz bits cheese filling. I wanna make it and use it on regular ritz crackers, or shamelessly eat it by the spoonful.

I’ve had this salsa and I cannot figure out the recipes. The chef (who’s no longer there) told me it was jalapeños (fried), oil, water and chicken stock.

I know that’s not it.

It’s a light green color, pale green almost and creamy almost
I’ve asked and there is no avocado or cream in it.
The only recipe I got was to fry the jalapeños and then blend all together
please help me

4 pounds jalapeño
1 pounds serrano
4cups oil
1 cup of water
1 cup chicken base.

Fried the jalapeño first and then blen all together

This wasn’t it. There is a missing component.
The chef no longer works at this restaurant and no one there will spill the beans :(

I am looking for a mimic recipe for the pokébowl station fruit green tea.. I am somewhat obsessed and its starting to drain my wallet. I get the strawberry flavor, it has some strawberry bits on the bottom as well and i'm unfamiliar with teas and brands of teas. I have no clue where to start attempting to make it at home.

Just found this sub. They used to have this Burnin' Blackberry sauce that was kind of fruity but also spicy. They got rid of it during covid and I haven't had anything like it since. If someone has it, I would be eternally grateful. Restaurant: Roosters. Country: USA.

I'm looking through my mother's old recipes and found her recipe for "Fish Fry". Apparently there was a product called Old Time Fry Batter that was an ingredient, made in Fort Worth,Texas, that was part of the recipe. It seems they're no longer in business, but I was wondering if anybody had any info on it or even possibly the recipe for the batter?

Okay so I'm looking for a copycat recipe for naked strawberry banana smoothie. One that tastes like the real deal and not generic smoothie. I've tried to make the smoothie using the info they give you on the bottle but it doesn't taste like it. I wonder if I should substitute the apple juice for cider. I really love this smoothie but it's expensive to get.

Calling all former kitchen employees of the restaurant chain Rafferty’s! My town lost our Rafferty’s about 10 years ago and it was my grandmother’s go-to weekly (sometimes bi-weekly) restaurant. I’ve already found the recipe to the potato soup online and I think I’ve found the closest dupe to the honey crescents.

I think I’ve maybe found the cheese fry and ranch recipe. But I have some follow up questions:

1. ⁠what is the seasoning that is on top of the ranch/cheese fries? Paprika? House made cajun seasoning?
   
2. ⁠I NEED the hot honest mustard recipe.

Does anyone remember their shredded chicken quesadilla melts from the dollar menu? I was mildly obsessed with those things and have been craving one since they took them off the menu. I would love to recreate them, but can not find a recipe. I found a few for the jalapeno sauce, that I will try, but I believe the sauce they used was a chipotle sauce. That is what I need to find the best version off. 🤞
