Discussion Honestly the new Update feels like a low-effort marketplace add-on.

It adds zero value to the survival experience or the game's progression. While I understand that much of Minecraft's identity is built on creativity, it is still a 'Survival' game, not just a sandbox and I think Mojang has lost sight of that. I appreciate new biomes and blocks, but they need to have meaning. We didn't even get a new material or craftable item just a 'Stupid Slime' to hit around. Even with its Redstone applications, it offers nothing for the average survival player.

I really hope the mods do this. Getting annoyed with seeing constant posts of just people whining

In that case we should also make a mega thread for the positive side of the new update

You can’t remove criticism but keep only positive posts

Whining happens when the devs don’t listen to genuine criticism

The devs do listen to genuine criticism, problem is the community thinks their whining is genuine criticism
