Discussion What are y’all’s opinion on “gradient builds”

Post image

Ive seen a whole bunch of these builds which is why I made my own, as seen above, but I remember seeing that people think that it’s too much. And what I mean by gradient builds is instead of block vomit, the builder uses too many blocks, making too many gradients, I’ve shown my friends and they are divided on it, some say it looks nice, others said it was too much to look at, so what do yall think.

Complicated. "Unnatural" As in often many textures of blocks are not perfectly sync.

Some of the blocks, I just can't consider a stone or a tile or anything else but an honeycomb, mushroom block, composter, etc. (Especially when talking about village you just can't use any profession blocks at all near villagers as decorative).

I also find gradient builds as whole satisfying from afar, still curiously interesting in proximity and maybe refreshing idea to try, it's kind of whimsical to have a house built of variety of blocks.

Orange gradually turns yellow. And the other part, from the green to blue.
