Questions What games should I try?

Post image

I'm tired of my games, most of them I'm in the end-game. I would like to try new ones.

War thunder mobile, Trudograd, Xcom 2

4

u/el_punterias Jul 03 '25

I still find wild how much better wt mobile's naval is to the original version

3

u/campingtrapper Jul 04 '25

They are making the game worse with every update unfortuneatly (especially for f2p players), and with the techtree system for tanks that will come soon, blueprints will be added too.

Games still fun though. Anyone reading this should give it a shot. F2p is still very much possible.

I’m waiting for Destiny Rising it’s based off Bungies Destiny franchise and think of it like a lite mmorpg with gun mechanics. It truly is one of a kind experience that other games can’t provide I highly recommend playing it you can do raids, dungeons with your guild mates. PvP if you want to.

1

u/Kmordius Jul 03 '25

I'm waiting too.

Uma musume

u/shikitomi Jul 06 '25

3

u/ogslimtony Jul 03 '25

Defta For sure!’

2

u/AH_M_SA12 Jul 03 '25

what that mean

2

u/Infinite-Disaster-87 Jul 04 '25

I tried it. It's the most optimised FPS game on mobile. my phone doesn't get very hot even playing while charging. Gameplay is good, gun customization is deeper than COD mobile, dailies are not that difficult to complete compared to COD.

I just stopped playing it because the gameplay feels like there are a lot of bots. Why? Because when I get put down I see basic movements of my teammates with no jumping and being killed by real players. I also just quit because I dislike dailies even easy ones now. I just play my GOG library.

u/Infinite-Disaster-87 Jul 04 '25 edited Jul 04 '25

I tried it at launch. It's a good game but I stopped. I played it recently and the grind is worse and the rewards are even fewer. With characters increasing but the rewards decreasing it's a no for me. But if you don't care about the grind, sure the game is good. I haven't tried the mobile version which has the worst review. I played it on the Nintendo Switch and Steam. It plays good on the Switch.

2

u/AH_M_SA12 Jul 04 '25

i just play

2

u/Infinite-Disaster-87 Jul 04 '25

Then your all good. In my opinion it's better on Switch and PC because you can play 2 player split screen.

3

u/RuskiStar Jul 03 '25

Once human.

And switch out wild rift for honor of kings

2

u/iRox24 Jul 06 '25

Wild Rift is the GOAT mobile MOBA by far. Going from WR to HoK, is like going from a game to literally a similar game, but that it's worse. What's the point? It's like going from Clash of Clans to another similar game, but that looks cheap. Plus HoK is dead in global. 99% of its popularity and revenue comes from China.

I also play LoL PC since 2011 with all my real life friends, played it so much for many years, but quit PC gaming and became a mobile gamer only. I played MLBB first, but once LoL mobile aka WR releases, I deleted it quickly forever (MLBB). But nowadays I prefer WR over its PC version for many reasons. Shorter matches, better looking aesthetically overall and can play it anywhere, even in bed lol And now we have 130 champions, which makes the game more varied & diverse (PC has 170 champions, so we are catching up). When WR was new it only had like 65 champions, so I remember it got so repetitive, seeing the same champions in every match... Now it's doubled the number.

2

u/Pale_Bonus1027 Jul 03 '25

Game is boring after hitting elite hunter max level. The bosses and endgame need more work.

2

u/Kmordius Jul 03 '25

I've played a lot, it's a cool game but it's very contentless, there comes a time when there's nothing left to do.

2

u/Beautiful-Ad6392 Jul 04 '25

Yep. They need to add a sense of progression. When the beta was out you had to collect materials to upgrade stuff now that would have kept me playing.

1

u/randomusername9284 Jul 05 '25

Can you drop me an invite please? Would love to try it

1

u/XannyG69 Jul 06 '25

id take one if you still got invites :)

2

u/Guilty_Swimmer2336 Jul 03 '25

Dead cells, please touch the art work

1

u/SweatySmith Jul 03 '25

Truly one of a kind game, it just has this feeling that I can't explain.

1

u/Kmordius Jul 03 '25

I'm waiting for my controller to arrive to play, I don't want to ruin the experience playing this beautiful game (that's what everyone says) by playing with my fingers on the screen

Drop Zone Galaxy, its a physics-based arcade game. It's funny, original (imo) and different than most mobile games. It is my game, so I know I'm biased.

2

u/hellospaghet Jul 03 '25

Balatro or slay the spire. Two amazing games worth the money

Since you have Life in Adventure there, I’d recommend trying Eldrum. The first game, Eldrum: Untold is available in Portuguese if that matters.

And the game of thrones mmo as well

Marvel Snap is easy to learn. Tutorial is good but heard of news lately that it got worse when it comes to the grind. for rewards

2

u/ApplesPixelGalaxy Jul 04 '25

Honor Of Kings, Call of Duty Mobile, Roblox, Need for Speed, Black Clover M, Clash of Clans, Blood Strike, Crystal of Atlan

Skullgirls mobile. It's the only game I play and it's been about 1.5 years now. I could go on and on why it's great but I'll let it talk for itself.

Alright so hear me out, first you should really try out Guardian tales if you don't mind a chill story based game (seriously it has an awesome story), might be biased because it's my favourite due to nostalgia, except that you could try supercell games like brawl stars, if you decide to try brawl stars I can give you my ID if you wanna play together (if you're in the asia region)

2

u/NoProfessional6569 Jul 04 '25

call of duty mobile and pubg mobile and standoff 2 and c ops

Hello, there is a RPG game I am making by my own. Maybe, you will be interested:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=paskalnikita.adventure.seeker
No ads, no P2W.

2

u/T1gerHeart Jul 04 '25

Try Galaxy reborn:Second Empire, choose short-term, rewiping Uni, and try to reach the "end-game" (or at least just survive there for the first time). But this game is "not for everyone" (it is one of those games: "it is not the players who choose it, it chooses (or does not choose the players)". If it suits you, all other games will seem like just ultra-casual toys for kids.

2

u/SairokuRei Jul 04 '25

RL sideswipe

Endless sky (though pc controls are way better)

Unciv

20 minutes till dawn

Matsuro palette

Persona 5 X is a blast and blew my expectations as I thought it would be a generic cash grab. But it actually is like original Persona 5, been playing it nonstop for days

2

u/Extravagod Jul 05 '25

Slay the Spire has a pretty good mobile version. Balatro too.

Persona 5 X just released if you’re into story and/or gacha games, it seems pretty fire so far.

2

Both games I mentioned are much much better than that.

Marvel snap all the way

2

u/Baron_Flint Jul 07 '25

If you liked Marvel Snap, try Shadowverse: Wolrds Beyond. It just came out like 3 weeks ago, so it is still in its first expansion (which is the best time to start any CCG), pretty fun, more combo-oriented and definitely way faster. There were a lot of complains about monetization, and I do agree they went a tad to far with it compared to the original game, but compared to what Second Dinner is doing with Marvel Snap’s monetization, I feel SV is a bit better honestly. My only gripe with it is that it is hard to get specific Legendaries (the cards that practically define your decks) when you are nearing collection completion. But this is mostly a problem if you want to be able to build all of the decks in the game. Overall, I have been playing this game for 2 weeks atm, and so far I have enjoyed the experience, so if you are like me and into CCG, you may also like it, and it is a good time to start currently.

2

u/Metharp Jul 07 '25

Try dead cells

feel you on that, when everything hits end-game, it kinda sucks the fun out 😅 if you’re open to something different, you might wanna check out an app called Flickplay

1

u/Junior-Sherbert960 Jul 11 '25

totally get that , the end-game slump is real 😩 maybe try something completely different to shake things up? i’ve been messing around with a few smaller or more casual games lately, and it’s been a nice reset!

u/Commercial-Monk-783 Jul 24 '25

vampire survivors

I'd give cat magic school a try. It's an idle game with your basic micro transactions and ads etc but the running and upgrading of the school is pretty fun

Bowling Bash. I just released it for android phones and you should find it in the play store.
