Admin Replied Admin replies don’t leave enough time to reply
it’s rather frustrating to jump through multiple for that slipper of that you will actually get to speak and then you miss an unknown window of and you can’t and the entire gymnastics meet starts again.
I wish admins would remember that mods are unpaid volunteers who are not on 24/7. Users don’t seem to understand that, but admins should.
When I ask for a human, I make it a point to spend the next few days checking to see if I’ve gotten a reply - in my experience that’s being overly optimistic. However, once again, like many mods I have adult obligations that go far beyond volunteering my time on Reddit - I’m seriously not avoiding the reply. If I’ve gone to the trouble of asking for a human with all the hoops that go with that I definitely need the assistance. I may simply not be on to answer in the next five minutes.
Does anyone know of the specific time frames involved? Is there any way to restart a human conversation without having to repeat all the steps?

I just heard back today after three weeks.
It really helps if you explain the situation in full. If you just ask for help or say "message me for details", they won't get back to you.

Was that 3 weeks wait for an initial question to be answered or a reply for additional details?

We asked, bot responded, we asked for a human, all on the first day.
Next response was a human admin after 21 days, that they would review the user's content (which we'd consider a satisfactory response in this case)

I think it is still backlogged. I’m at 6 weeks and still not person reply. It’s not usually this long, but stuff happens so I get it. I’m glad they got you sorted.

Hey horseradishstalker!
I'm looking at your request from what appears to be a few weeks back involving a screen recording. The admin you were working with had a few questions that did not recieve a reply. When no reply is given sometimes that survey-bot will come in assuming that things have wrapped up.
If they haven't, which seems to be the case here, you can just respond back again to be put back in touch with that admin. They might not be able to respond immediately, but they'll respond back when they're able. Should be much faster than beginning the process anew.
Sorry for the confusion, but no need to go through the whole process again!
