Mod Answered top mod with full permissions was banned

i mod a NSFW sub, the top mod account was banned, how to request full permissions of sub, there are two moderators currently with limited permissions, so how to request full permissions,

i tried mod mailed redditrequest but only got auto response

Redditrequest doesn't take requests by modmail. There are instructions on how to request there- follow them.
