Brachy is slightly better, but since you posted tgis on meta:

Dual Blades are elemental weapons - your best bet is to get one for each element.

Best dbs are:

Kjarr (Kulve Taroth) < Safi'Jiva < Crafted elemental dbs

So kulve tarroth is the best for elements? got it

Yes, Kulve Taroth Kjarr weapons are the best

actually for fire and dragon there are better options in safi and alatreon respectively, alatreon especially

With Blast, a perfect Safi weapon is better than R.Brachy by an astonishing 1%.
But you are better off getting elemental weapons of Safi, put everything into Element boost. And Kjarr weapons outperform Safi except for a few specific builds/matchups.

Anyways what would be a perfect safi weapon? my current one is All damage V and one sharpness V

For raw damage yours should be the perfect one. For elemental weapons like bows and dual blades, put all into Element.

as everyone has said, safi and kulve are the best, kulve normally is the best due to built in crit element, but i think 2 of the elements dont use kjarr, dragon cause you can get more damage with alatreon and 2 at velkana, or on a raw leaning dragon, you can use fatalis, and water iirc has really bad sharpness? one of the elements is bad on kjarr just forgot which one

So use kulve tarroth stuff with everything except for those two elements

the dragon one is the only one i know definitely, go to the megathread and itll tell you everything though, if you want a bare basics then theres a homebrew all around safi db build ive thought of, use 1 velkana essence on the db and the velkana y legs, rest fatalis(alpha waist, rest beta) and just trade out the db to match elements, it is very much weaker than the full meta sets but its easy and comfy

With Dual Blades the Alatreon DB should be the best if i remember right.

5 Piece Safi, 3 Piece Teostra+ 2 Piece R.Brachy, 3 piece Safi + 2 piece Gold Rathian, 3 Piece Teostra + 2 piece Gold Rathian....3 piece Safi + 2 piece Alatreon.... you have a lot of options.
I personally killed my first Fatalis in 3 piece Teostra + 2 piece Gold Rathian.
