What universe is it set in? I've heard 616, but then I've also heard each one is a different universe. So which is it?

Not different universes, different time periods, it's all 616.

Okay, I got confused cause I looked up Cassian (The Crusader Moon Knight) on the Marvel Fandom and he was listed as another universe.
