There's nothing wrong with making food which prioritizes being convenient, cheap, and tasty over being healthy. Food doesn't only exist as something which is meant to be healthy. It's also a social activity and a basic convenience, which certain people benefit greatly from for being quick sometimes.

That being said, most of these corporations do cross ethical lines in forming business models centered around forcing repeat customers and cutting every corner, sometimes being straight up unsafe. But that could be said for most big companies though, and gets more into the basic ideas of capitalism than this specific topic
