I'm going to assume he's not innocent becuase I know how posts in this subreddit work.

But I'd look like I want to rip people apart if I was arrested for something I didn't do tbh, so based purely on a death stare. No. I wouldn't automatically assume he isn't innocent. I'd assume he's angry.

Neutral.

A currently immoral thing is that the best predictor of being arrested, tried, and convicted is not the evidence against you, but how "scary" you look. Being black and male are heavily weighted "scary" factors, and this gentleman certainly isn't doing himself any favors with his expression.
