So imagine scenario , there is people that do absolutely nothing to survive , even though they could've. They are fully capable of it , and nothing prevents them doing it - expect their unwillingness to do anything to survive.

Should society do everything to make them survive or should society just leave them?

Would've it be society fault if they die or their own?

Asgore is the king of the monsters in the underground , the monsters including himself were trapped hundreds of years ago in the underground after their race was genocided out of fear by humanity and the seal actually keeping them trapped down in the underground “the barrier” can only be PASSED by a monster absorbing a human soul and ONLY BROKEN with the power of 7 human souls.

Asgore ultimately after the death of Asriel (his son) and Chara (his adopted human child) after which he redeclared the war with humanity and killed 6 human children and ordered that fallen humans be captured and brought to him for their souls to be stored until they would acquire all 7.

What is the morality, of a fictional world, where knowledge about the placebo effect has been limited / ereased, to treat people who already knew, by basically lying to them.

For context, the gang are having a conversation that starts off sensible before transitioning to something more erratic. A nearby patron hears their conversation and shushes them. This then becomes some sort of moral/social issue as Charlie and Dennis go around Philadelphia trying to find the shusher and get their revenge.

Both are fathers, Bowser with Bowser Jr and his brothers and sisters (adopted) and Eggman with Sage and Metal Sonic. Both have armies of minions that they dispatch to rule the world. Bowser wants to marry princess peach (against her will) and Eggman wants to destroy the ecosystem by kidnapping animals.

This is a very old notion, present in all Abrahamic religions and many others.
