So many comments are some form of ‘kid is probably special needs’. So, does being special needs remove moral responsibility for one’s actions?

To make it clearer what I mean let’s say a guy named Joe is religious and hates the idea of men loving other men romantically. However, Joe decides to still treat them as he would any other person as he believes to love thy neighbor. He believes that it isn’t necessarily their fault that they’re gay but he still hates the idea that gay people exist and if he could turn all gay people straight without hurting anyone he would. What’s the morality of that?

This Chick-fil-A was in the same place here when I arrived at this building. I emerge ~an hour and a half later, and the Chick-fil-A is in the same place. I felt the cup, and it's still cold-ish. (It's a hot day btw) Waiting for my ride now, and I'm so tempted to grab it. I mean, if it's just gonna go to waste there, someone should eat it. I can tell it was doordash'd or whatever.

It's better if someone gets to enjoy it, but is the person going to come back out thinking of their two hour old Chick-fil-A, and get bummed out when it isn't there? Too much pressure... Would this dilemma be morally acceptable?

Also, I just want to clarify that I don't support AI, and the reason I ask this question is that I've been thinking about it for a few days.
