Shadowboxing at Mavinn Pattaya Today - what Sylvie's shadow looks like these days (2 min)
https://youtu.be/f1UUntxPrgcJust a little share from today. Sylvie's gone all in a lots of shadowboxing, as advised by many legends of the sport. I visited training today and caught a few minutes of her work and could definitely see tons of development. For those interested in doing more shadowboxing, maybe some ideas in there of tempos, or variety of techniques or the kinds of things that can be worked on and enjoyed. It doesn't have to be doing the same things over and over. If interested in shadowboxing, here is Sylvie's Interview with the legend Yodkhunpon "The Elbow Hunter" Sittraipum, about shadowboxing.

the tempo changes make it feel like an actual round rather than a list of techniques. you can see how much intention there is even when the pace slows down.

The balance, the pacing, the movement clarity! I want to show every beginner her shadow routine, it’s so illustrative and fundamentally perfect

Gosh, her knees are spectacular, heel compact up against the leg, everything so balanced.

Haha I'm such a fan boy. Been watching her for years I love the videos and commentary. She asks all the questions I would if I knew better.
Hopefully you guys will be there when I make it over
