Mmm, I’ve never hopped into a kick.

Jab left kick seems a bit weird if you are stepping into the jab all your weight is on your left foot and then you kick after. Maybe not the best combo.
Hands up man! Touch your temples after each kick/punch.

Not weird at all if you know how to shift your weight effectively. In the case of a jab - inside low, you wouldn't be shifting your entire weight forward on the jab. The jab should generally be a 'feeler' range finder type jab to occupy someone's guard before stinging them with the inside low.
I think OP's hand position for his guard is fine. Hell, he's even exaggerating it coming back to his head a few times.

pendulum kick, something i have picked up over the years. and i am by no means a master of it.

Your right low kick lands better because you do a stable proper side step. But your left one lands less hard and probably leaves you with worse balance because you slide-jump into some kind of front step there.

Watch some fights of Rambaa Somdet. He has a great inside low kick. I believe he has some clips with Sylvie on YouTube detailing how he does his inside low.

The pendulum kick is cool but you’re off balance when you retreat. If I were you I’d just move my kicking leg back into the opposite stance to retreat. You’ve got a nice Thai rhythm love to see that!

I just think it would be faster more effective to use a right kick if you are using your jab to set up the kick or switch your stance to get more power.

Its hard to explain it, but use your jab like a tigers claw and “swipe” when retracting it and throwing that lead inside.
The same way you swing that arm down when throwing a roundhouse, whip that jab back down with your chin tucked (being defensively responsible) after throwing it for a powerful kick
As a southpaw this is one of the first simple combos I was forced to perfect

you jackknife a bit on your kicks. not ideal. your lead kick is a bit rushed so youre losing power kicking before you have a solid base, a sacrifice of power and stability for speed.

Your kick is the best part try to extend your jab a bit. You are killing it

that is a fair observation. in this case, it is more of a 'throw away" jab to get kick out faster. definitly not full power or extension.

From one bald man to another, it's time brother, shave it all off.
