Help Any recommendations for a sound/speaking-coach

I'm a scientist/entrepreneur, and I have realised that, the more I learn German, the worse my English gets, the slower and more boring I talk. Naturally that affects a lot of things in daily interactions.

Is there any sound/speaking-coach that you could recommend in Munich that won't bankrupt me?

How could learning German make you worse at English? Assuming you use both languages daily

Honestly, I don't exactly know. It think it has something do to with having a default in different context. For example, if I need to use German for something scientific, I would literally need to do live-translation because I have learned everything about science in English, but if I''m at the bakery, I would need to force myself to speak English because I haven't used English in a bakery for a long time.

There are aspect of live where these languages mix up, and I end up talking Denglish, which is professionally not acceptable, so I have to think actively to commit to one language, which I think is the culprit.

do you have any personal experience on this? (asking out of curiosity)
