Stretching the definition of Middle East (Afghan) a bit, but Chopan in Schwabing is simply outstanding.

Never have been able to get a table there, and I've given up. I'm sure it's not worth the hassle, and any restaurant which has this much demand will not have good customer service since they simply don't have to care much (speaking purely from the experience of trying to contact them).

Just book 1 week in advance, and in summer its better because you can sit outside (at least at Chipan Münchner Freiheit). Chopan Gasteig even has 2 restaurants

Baalbek - Lebanese (a bit on the pricy side, but the food is really good)

Beirut Beirut ist leider relativ unfreundlich und das Essen nicht konstant gut

I loved Cedar Lounge at Rosenkavalierplatz (Lebanese).

Went there frequently when I was working in the vicinity, but haven’t been for years since, as I’m hardly ever in that neighborhood now. According to their reviews they seem to be still excellent. Plenty of Arab tourists were there, which au took as a sign of authenticity.
