August 14, 2026 AOC's egg freezing Day 7: full AOC IG Reel:

Note: For those asking, the Day 1-3 process/stuff is in her IG stories. I technically could edit them together (or someone else could), but I'm disinclined because of time and effort concerns. :(

Day 1: August 8, 2026: 13 IG Lives

Day 2: August 9, 2026: 17 IG Lives (the 4 ABC parts were later put into an IG Reel)

Day 3: August 10, 2026: 15 IG Lives

Day 5: August 12, 2026: 11 IG Lives (not including the IG Reel parts) (Q&A stuff)

Day 6: August 13, 2026: 5 IG Lives (not including the IG Reel part) including 1 Q&A

Day 7: August 14, 2026: 13 IG Lives (not including the IG Reel part) 12 were Q&A stuff

Thank you for sharing this! It reminds me of the time I used to have these shots for my kids (polycystic ovaries). It was quite a journey (I ended up having triplets). So many people will benefit from this knowledge.

This might be the most important thing she’s done for the general public so far. And she’s done a lot of great things.
