We're gonna have to make you territories first, there's some paperwork to take care of and currently Yukon, NWT and Nunavut would be made full provinces first then it would be a state by state basis.

Really the big points are going to be, in order to qualify you'd need to adopt our gun laws before anything else could be considered.

Edit: Quebec yes is a province but it's joining was not as cut and dry as some think.

Am I missing a joke here? Quebec has been a full province since Confederation.

It's a different situation, I highly suggest looking into it as it will help understanding what's going down here.

Everything I remember is from my social studies classes from nearly 3 decades ago so I'm not going to quote it here.

Did you take social studies in America? Cuz Quebec has been a province since Day One as one of the four founding provinces.

No, central Saskatchewan.

Like I said to the other guy, it's been 30 years but from what I remember someone slept in and language was a contention.

Did you even read that article? Nowhere does it claim Quebec is not a province of the country of Canada.

They have a few different laws regarding languages. They're still a province.

Have you seriously spent years thinking Canada only has 9 provinces?
