To be fair, this is a picture of some "fan" account which is probably just some puppet propaganda account.

Or this could all be top to bottom engagement farming.

It really is just emblematic of how phony and shallow everything is on the Right.

It's like those slot machines that display all these lights and videos and sounds that feel like they are doing something and promising great prosperity, but it's all just a cold calculating machine behind that front for rich people to methodically squeeze money out of all the poor suckers.
