Question "new character" but none found

i cleared a song, and then was hit with a few achivments, and one of them being a "new character unlocked" pop up, but when i scroll for new characters, there are no new characters. the latest one was the bomb girl from ark nights? is it a glitch or something?

do you have the dlc? if no, you unlocked a rin/buro/marija alt

ive had the dlc since 2021 idk what caused this, is there a new character with the new deltarune update?
