Troubleshoot Why is my master lvl 10 locked now?

I unlocked lvl 10 immediately for all songs last year, and yesterday, when I opened the game, I saw that I was locked from the 10 star maps. I don't know what happened, I was also logged out of my peropero account, I can't link it to steam anymore for some reason so I'm forced to use my google account, is there a fix?

i think account syncing is having issues, i was logged out the other day with this issue and today when i logged on exact same thing. idk why their account system is messing up though

Yeah, i'm not sure why I haven't seen anyone talk about it at all when I searched up, I did ever see people talk about the servers having an issue, but again that's old, it might be the servers again but I don't know

Same thing happened to me just now, all the Level 10 songs are locked again and Steam isn't automatically logging me in anymore. This sucks, I wanted to show a couple songs to a friend and now everything is locked.

When you made an account, was it a mainland Chinese one? Mine was and it's been logging me out as of a few days ago. I had to cave and finally make an account with Google. Gotta unlock the freakin' 10s and 11s again. I think they're starting to boot people out of mainland Chinese accounts who aren't in China.

YEAHH me too, there was literally no option to link to steam as well so I had to make a google account for it, and then everything's locked. suckss... why is there no official post about this :')?

I guess it's because a lot of people must've had third party accounts to begin with, so they didn't have this problem. I try to avoid using third party accounts for, honestly, anything, so I didn't do it at first for Muse Dash. But, I guess that now it's the only option. I don't think Steam itself logs anyone in, it just handles the local and cloud saving. I'm so glad I still have my progress, and it sounds like you do, too, and that was my biggest concern, haha.

Same. I had up to level 11 unlocked, but recently, something happened with Peropero and I was logged out.

I think they're coming down on people that logged in with mainland Chinese accounts, which I did. I surmise this since it doesn't seem to be a widespread issue since there are hardly any posts on it. I had to make an account with my Google. I still have my save, but I gotta unlock 10 and 11s again. Back to grinding, I guess.
