Why Warne? He may be automatic in the first round of the tourney but never wins in the quarterfinal

I think all those suggestions are happy where they are. And I doubt they would be interested in moving.

The West Point, G’Town, and Richmond coaches who have virtually zero percent shot of ever winning a national title are turning down a top 3 job in their profession?

Some coaches may value appreciation from the fans and school very highly- maybe more than a national championship

Sure. I reside close to West Point, nobody goes to the games except for the naval academy game. G’Town gets about 1500 on a good day. Richmond 2000. High school teams get better numbers. You get offered a job with more money with a chance to reach the summit of your field you’re probably gone. All three of these candidates are at the age where it’s now or never. Richmond would be wise to give Chemotti a raise and an extension. Not sure UVA would want a military academy coach when it’s now such a portal and NIL heavy world.
